Beyoncé Called Out Fabolous For His Disrespectful Lyrics About Solange, And The Story Is Hilarious

He got stung by the Queen Bey, y'all.

If there's one thing everyone should know, it's that you don't mess with Beyoncé or Solange, OKURRR!

One person who learned this the hard way is rapper Fabolous, who found himself being checked by Queen Bey over his lyrics about Solo from 2010.

In his song "For The Money," Fabolous raps: "We could be the dream team baby, Kobe and LeBron / Only if you gold, I never do the bronze / 'Cause if you could have Beyoncé, would you take Solange?"

    Yeah, not cool.

In an interview with Power 105.1's radio show The Breakfast Club, the rapper revealed how the Knowles sisters reacted to the punchline, saying, "The first person I saw was Bey, and Beyoncé was like, ‘Yo, let me holler at you.’"

"She was just telling me that they rock with me. And I really didn’t even think when I was saying it ... Punchline-y [rap] style is just to say something to be catchy and metaphoric, but I didn’t see the deeper side of it," he said.

"And Beyoncé, I ain’t gonna share the exact conversation, but she told me this is people. Saying something like that can personally hurt her," he continued.

“I ended up seeing [Solange] at Soho House one day. It was years ago ... I seen her, so I was like, all right, let me beeline to Solange and apologize," Fabolous recalled.

So, how did Solange react? "She was stiff," Fabolous said 😂.

"I’m like, ‘Hey! What’s up?’ She was like, ‘What up?’ And I was like, ‘Yo, I just want you to know I didn’t mean it in any malice, but I do take responsibility for saying that and I apologize,’” he revealed.

And that's the story all about how Beyoncé checked Fabolous for talking smack about her sister. We love to see it.
