Everything Wrong With Daredevil's Powers

Love the show, but technically, there's a lot of things that should be limiting him onscreen.

For starters, Daredevil shouldn't be able to see color.

Sure, he can recognize people by smell, but how does he tell what ethnicity someone is? What happens when he's trying to hunt someone down in lawyer mode and his only evidence is a photograph? Would he just have Foggy "explain" what someone looked like? Would that even help?

But the show has a good way around this, just show him shirtless every once in a while and at least the male attracted audience will forget what they were complaining about.

How does he know what to wear?

Yeah, yeah, he has a super sense of touch and I'm sure that comes in handy when he's shopping for high quality leather, BUT if he has two pieces of clothing that are the same fabric, but a different color, it's going to be a literal shot in the dark.

What if he had a sex toy that was roughly the same shape as his baton?

Okay, that's a little far, but it would be great.

What about dating?

He has a super advanced sense of smell. That means, every flatulence invades his nose like it's the end of the world.

And if you didn't wash your hands after doing the deed? Guess what? He knows.

You haven't showered in the last twenty minutes? He can't stop thinking about it.

In terms of the "color blind" aspect, this video sums it all up, and more...

The show is still great though.

Besides all of this, and the fact that Charlie Cox stares directly at people when they talk, which is a very unblind thing to do, the show is still awesome, and I'm going to keep watching it.

It's just too much fun :)
