I let my friend give me a stick and poke tattoo. It was suppose to be a crescent moon, but it looks much more like a bean. I've had it for two years, and I cover it with a watch.
General in the Library by Italo Calvino. This short story really sparked my love for short stories. The Italian author mainly rights short stories, all are beautiful. The overall symbolism and skilled diction really contributes to the overall worth of the piece. I highly recommend.…Â
The Little Prince. Everything about it is magical and it truly changed the way I looked at the world. I didn't have the opportunity to read it until I was a little older, and I just gained so much from it. It remains one of my favorite books of all time.
Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. This book completely changed the way I view the world, money, and happiness. It gave me a different outlook and really showed me that there was more to life than material goods, but that happiness and enlightenment cannot be taught.
