They're being served at Trattoria Neapolis in California, a restaurant so dedicated to combining Italian food with booze that they've imported a wood-oven from Naples especially for the drink.

It combines tomato water, basil-infused vodka and porcini powder - and is topped with a parmesan and mozzarella foam.

And what are you supposed to drink it with? You've guessed it: a pizza.
