MasterChef's Gregg Wallace Fights Man Who Grabbed Girlfriend's Bum: Report

MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace and his girlfriend Anne-Marie Sterpini were guests at a five-course champagne reception when a fellow attendee reportedly pinched Serpini on her bottom.

According to the Daily Mail and The Mirror, the 48-year-old chef stepped in to defend Sterpini, 27, and wound up "grappling on the floor" with the alleged groper. A friend of Wallace's said he "was defending his girlfriend’s honour because the man had made inappropriate advances."

Wallace and his reported foe apparently knocked over a table and both had blood visible on their shirts.

“Then they both went flying across the room, with Gregg on top, and they landed on a glass table," said a witness of the booze-fueled brawl. "Luckily it didn’t smash, but all the glasses on it did and people were quite shocked at the whole situation, then guests started dragging them apart."

"After the fight, they both got dragged away," said a source, adding, "Gregg came back down and was very, very apologetic to the guy. People were left in shock."

The two men reportedly apologised and shared a whiskey together. "It was all smoothed out," said a source after the fact, "all absolutely fine."
