You'll Never Guess Which Of These Actresses Make The Most Per Episode

Kaley Cuoco and the rest of _The Big Bang Theory's_ lead cast make a whopping $1 million dollars per episode.

The highest!

It seems like Netflix was willing to go above and beyond to make the _Gilmore Girls_ reboot happen because Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel are being paid $750K per episode to star in it. This makes them the second most paid TV actresses this year (first if you're only couting dramas).

The second highest!

No way Emilia Clarke a.k.a. Badass Mother of Dragons wasn't making the top three. HBO pays she, Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, and Kit Harington $500K and episode to give us all heart attacks on _Game of Thrones_ every week.

The third highest!

Few women have consistently slayed a TV role as long as Mariska Hargitay has on _Law & Order: SVU_. NBC recognizes that by paying her $450K an episode.

The fourth highest!

Ellen Pompeo is Shondaland's longest standing and highest paid lead actress. She gets $400K an episode for managing not to get killed on _Grey's Anatomy_ for this long.

The fifth highest!

Despite being the only actress of the group to win the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Actress FIVE times in a row, Julia Louis-Dreyfus didn't make the top five. However, her rate of $250K an episode is the most common on the list.

Tied for the sixth highest!

Sofia Vergara has been making us laugh on _Modern Family_ for quite a while now. She makes $250K an episode, making her the highest paid hispanic actress on TV ($850K less than the highest paid white actress).

Viola Davis ties with fellow Shondaland leading lady Kerry Washington with a rate of $250K an episode, making them both the highest paid black actresses on TV ($850K less than the highest paid white actress).

Taraji P. Henson's role as Cookie Lyon may have garnered her a Golden Globe and Critic's Choice Award, but she's still at the low end of this group with a rate of $175K an episode.

The third lowest!

Even though she became the first black actress in 30 years to be nominated for an Emmy in the Outstanding Leading Actress in a Comedy, Tracee Ellis Ross is listed at only making $80K per episode on _Blackish_. That's even less than her co-star Anthony Anderson who makes $100K an episode.

The second lowest!

Last but certainly not least is Gina Rodriguez. The actress gets $60K per episode for playing everyone's favorite virgin on the CW.

The least paid!
