Many of you may have seen the term "Big Dick Energy" on Twitter lately, and I'm here today to unpack BDE, its origin, and what exactly it means to possess Big Dick Energy. That's right — get your fluffy pink pen out of your biodegradable tote, binch. It's time to begin.
The first use of the term dates all the way back to June 8, 2018, referencing the late Anthony Bourdain and his undeniable and revered Big Dick Energy:

Later, Big Dick Energy was linked to comedian Pete Davidson, who, despite being pretty average in most departments, absolutely EXUDES Big Dick Energy. It was then assumed that his violent BDE is what led to his engagement to Ariana Grande:

So, what exactly IS Big Dick Energy? One Twitter user offered a definition:
