Not that you have to completely swear off meat, but challenge yourself to decrease your meat consumption after knowing that the land required to feed 1 person for 1 year for a vegan is 1/6th acre, 3x that amount for a vegetarian, and 18x as much as a vegan for a meat eater. Do what you can, and really, you probably don't need that steak.
