    After Charles Phillip left YaVaughnie Wilkins for his wife, she didn't handle things like your typical scorned mistress. YaVaughnie spent $250,000 on several billboards flaunting her relationship with Charles. The billboards ran in NYC, San Francisco and Atlanta.
