Sales executive Steve Aziz has worked in Cincinnati, Ohio, since 2009, when he founded Stephen G. Aziz Sales. He served as President of the company for three years, working as a consultant and helping companies retain customers and grow during tough economic times. In early 2012, he joined Cincinnati’s Hyde Park Wealth Management. Serving as Director of Business Development for the company, he handles client prospecting, business development, and recruitment of new financial advisers. He also assists with promoting and marketing the firm, which has grown significantly in terms of assets under management since his tenure began. Prior to moving to Cincinnati and founding Stephen G. Aziz Sales, Steve Aziz led a successful career at several clothing companies in Canada. He began his career as a Sales Representative at Frenchmaid Lingerie Company, which recorded $36 million in sales every year. He managed territories in northern and eastern Ontario for the company, representing several of its lines. He later worked at Saint-Hilaire, Inc., before moving into management in 1990 at private Canadian clothing manufacturer Gaylure Lingerie. As Sales Manager, National Accounts, for the latter company, Steve Aziz handled new account development, private label sales, and general account management. Over his six years with the business, he delivered consistent growth in yearly sales. Aziz then accepted a position with the jeans and knitwear manufacturer Howick Apparel Ltd. as a National Accounts Sales Manager. He hired, trained, and directed a team of 23 sales representatives working in the U.S. and Canada, and led them to achieve continual sales growth. Stephen Aziz laid the foundation for his career by majoring in political science.
