    Help Andrew Scott Notice Me

Hiya. My name is Samantha Saad. I’m a 17 year old girl who lives in Massachusetts, USA. I love cats, Sherlock Holmes, and Andrew Scott. I also survived a risky brain surgery for a rare condition that 80% of people aren't even aware of.

Hiya. My name is Samantha Saad. I'm a 17 year old girl who lives in Massachusetts, USA. I love my animals, family, Sherlock Holmes, and Andrew Scott.

On April 22nd of 2014, I had to undergo brain surgery for a condition called chiari malformation. Long story short, it's where the cerebellum of the brain starts to herniate into the spine, causing agonizing headaches, fainting spells, coordination problems, numbness, vomiting, and countless other symptoms. I had to deal with this for eight years before something was done. I had to go through countless doctors appointments, hospitals, treatments, and medications. I live with a mild heart condition called P.O.T.S as a result of all this, but to be honest, I'm just grateful to be alive and breathing.

Over the course of this whole 'journey', I've used small things to help me get through these shitty times. Sherlock and Andrew Scott are some of those things. I love that show and the cast and Andrew so much that all the words in the dictionary strung together wouldn't even begin to describe my feelings. I've even been tweeted by Amanda Abbington through the help of the internet, and I still cry about it because of how happy it makes me.

For some reason, Andrew Scott has really held a special place in my heart. I don't know why, but he helps me smile on the most terrible of days and gets me through some really rough times. His acting in Spectre, Pride, The Stag, and especially Sherlock just makes me so happy. I love this guy so much and all I want is to somehow get his attention and let him know how much he means to me.

Andrew doesn't have social media, so I'm counting on the power of the internet and the kindness of strangers to get this through to him. If you read this article all the way to the end, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. All of you are such lovely people and it means the world to me that you read this.. x

    Yours Truly,
    Samantha Saad
