The folks from the show surprised her with a giant and probably quite heavy cake.
I am guessing it was heavy because you can see the person who was carrying it frantically asking for help in the video.
Quantico director Patrick Norris recorded the whole thing.
My favourite thing about this video is how Priyanka is not even slightly awkward about so many people singing "Happy Birthday" to her because let's be real, everybody hates being put in that spot on their birthdays.
