Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

You can make this ice cream at home without having much of a problem. It’s delicious and I am sure it’ll suite your taste buds.

Ingredients

2 Cups - Milk

1 Cup - Sugar

2 Cups - Heavy Cream

½ Tsp. - Salt

1 Tsp - Vanilla Extract

3 Drops - Green Food Coloring

1 Tsp - Peppermint Extract

1 Cup miniature - Semisweet chocolate chip

Directions

Stir salt, vanilla, sugar, cream, peppermint extract, and milk in a bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. You can add color as per your choice, but I will personally recommend green food color.

You need to pour this solution in ice cream maker and follow instructions given by manufacturer. After 10 minutes, add chocolate chip in ice cream maker and when ice cream is thickened, after 30 minutes, spoon it out and let it freeze for 2 hours.

Your ice cream is ready
