Supernatural Joins The 200 Episode Club!

On November 11th 2014 the 200th Episode of Supernatural will air. This puts the show into an exclusive club of US TV shows that have reached or exceeded the 200 episode mark!

When Supernatural was created by Eric Kripke back in 2005, he'd originally planned the series for three seasons but later expanded it to five. The fifth season began airing on September 10, 2009, and concluded the series' main storyline.

However the CW officially renewed the show for a sixth season on February 16, 2010. This continued and on February 13, 2014 the CW renewed the series for a tenth season.

Episode 5 of Season 10 will be Supernatural's 200th Episode; quite and achievement for any show.

The show is set in a bar named Cheers (named after the popular toast) in Boston, Massachusetts, where a group of locals meet to drink, relax, and socialize.
