P.S. We don't appreciate the fact that she found a boyfriend when Barry was in a coma.

We have another leading lady overshadowed by side characters. Laurel Lance surely is a great character and she seemed more interesting everytime she's in that awesome black costume but the reason why she ranks as eleven is because she just doesn't possess that 'it' factor enough for a person in a lead role. Scene stealers grab much attention from her and she and Oliver are just too broken.

10. Mary, Queen of Scots, Reign

Queen Mary is undeniably one of the strongest women ever portrayed in the history of CW shows but season 2 was a bit rough for her character. Fans had trouble finding the protagonist they fell in love with in Season 1 and some even post photos of trying to find out where she went. Still we hope that in season 3, she will rise up and become that Mary we fell in love with from the start.

9. Davina Clair, the Originals

She is the strongest witch introduced in the first season but her character has been a roller coaster ride. We definitely liked her scheming with Josh and hated her for obsessing about killing Klaus and liked her again when she had a thing with Kol. She's one of the scene stealers in the show but if her character just develops a less roller coaster-like pace, she will be higher on the list.

8. Elena Gilbert, The Vampire Diaries

Other than the fact that she is indecisive and always the one to be saved, there is no lying that Elena Gilbert is the heart of the show. She connects everybody and she is well portrayed by Canadian-Bulgarian actress, Nina Dobrev. After the sixth season, she will not be in the show anymore and let's see how it plays out.

She is easily the most relatable character the series ever had. She keeps the fans wanting to have more screen time for her and the way she controls things makes us burst into laughter. Caroline is also the one who can survive in the series whoever is partnered with her. She had ships with Damon, Matt, Tyler, Klaus and now, Stefan but she still manages to gain all the love. We are excited to see her in the next season.

2. Jane Villanueva, Jane, The Virgin

She is funny and she is one person to beat in terms of humor. She keeps the show fun along with all other characters whom she has natural chemistry with. She has the realistic characteristics of a woman and the silliness is just an added bonus! Plus, this role gave the first Golden Globe Award to the CW.

She was introduced in the season 4 of The Vampire Diaries but gained millions of fans when The Originals said more about her. She is a mother who gave up her daughter in exchange of safety, she's the queen who gave up her happiness for the lives of her wolves and she's the woman feared in New Orleans for she is the little wolf who stands strong among others. There are no other words to explain why she's on top of the list.
