    Starving 6-Month-Old Puppy Rescued From Detroit Sewer

    DETROIT — Standing in a couple inches of garbage-laden water, a starving brown puppy looked up at rescuers from the bottom of a sewer on Detroit's west side with frightened doe eyes.
