13 "Healthy" Foods That You Will Never Eat Again

A lot of foods are getting "hip" to eat these days because of their supposed health benefits, but really it's a marketing trick, and all of these foods should be avoided if you want to actually lead a healthy lifestyle!!

2. Soy Milk

Soy Milk is linked to a deterioration of the epithelial structures, which are responsible for making hair and nails. This means far less healthy hair, or even hair loss altogether, while also a deadening of the nails (there have been a few cases reported of the nails rotting off completely).

3. Kidney Beans (including red beans)

85% of the Kidney Beans in the United States come from a strain that contains a certain protein that gets almost immediately absorbed into the skin, causing a blockage of the follicles, which of course results in acne.

4. Walnuts

Walnuts are almost indigestible, and worse yet, once in the stomach, act as sort of sponges that soak up certain vitamins (A and C, and possibly K) from other foods you eat, before they can get processed into your bloodstream. It can takes weeks for the walnuts to pass, and in that time you've basically lost all the positive effects of anything you've eaten.

5. Yogurt

Yogurt is one of the oldest "healthy" foods, but most yogurt sold in America goes through a special process that has been linked with a severely lowered sperm count in men 14 to 45 years old. "Greek" or "Hungarian" yogurt that is sold here still has to go through the same process.

6. OJ

Oranges are a great source of Vitamin C, but they also carry an amount of pyretic acid. While eating one orange is fine since your body can handle that amount, having a whole glass of orange juice is a huge dose of this horrible acid, which is linked with gum disease, deteriorating eyesight, and a type of chronic migraine that's similar to an hours-long "ice cream headache."

7. Hummus

Hummus is generally good for your system, but has serious ecological and economic side effects on the mediterranean communities that are based around chickpea farming. These people are overworked and underpaid, living in poverty just to feed the world's hummus consumption. Try to eat non-chickpea based hummus, like banana hummus.

9. Goat's Milk/Cheese

Goats are terrible at processing the toxins that they eat, drink, and breathe. Everything that goes into their bodies is passed completely into their milk, and thus into your body. And we all know they are generally filthy creatures that eat whatever they can. Even goats kept in impeccable environments still are probably breathing exhaust from any nearby road, not to mention eating rusty metal whenever they find a can or an old house.

10. Lentils

New evidence suggests that lentils lead to a higher risk of facial nerve paralysis and loss of simple motor function. It is unclear why, but research is being done.

11. Olive Oil

While it is a healthy substance, when olive oil is heated much of it goes through a chemical change, creating little enzymes called heptids, which are linked with high blood pressure and can even lead to type II diabetes. So feel free to make an oil & vinegar salad dressing, but avoid cooking anything with this potentially toxic stuff.

12. Dark Chocolate

While being one of the few healthy foods that is truly delicious, dark chocolate causes a temporary impairment of the immune system, and makes your body far more susceptible to disease, especially venereal diseases (aka STDs or STIs).
