However, at some point with Captain Cool Dhoni at the crease, it looked like Pune were about to go home with the title.
In the final over, when it really could have been Pune's match and there were only seven runs needed off four balls, the camera panned to this adorable, reassuring sight.
Everyone wanted to know who she was.
I mean, look at her. Look at her unshaken faith and total belief that her team will win against all odds.
Her prayers worked! Mumbai won!
