What else, hmmm. I'm more spiritual than religious, more democrat/liberal than republican, more idealist than realist. I'm financially stable, but not rich and certainly not as responsible as I should be. I like to root for the home team and/or the underdog. I am a little shy socially, but I can also be silly, giddy and goofy at times too. I can't drink (it's a Japanese thing). I don't smoke or do drugs (unless you count Diet Mt. Dew). I prefer comedies and action movies to dramas and (ick!) chick flicks. I'm a big believer in self improvement and I TRY to be open minded about all people and things. Even if I'm not someone you'd like to date, I'm always looking for new friends. I'm seeking nice people to hang out with...have fun, decent conversations, some serious, some not. I'd also like to get out more, go on vacation, hike, rock climb, bungee jump, etc. In terms of finding someone special, it would really help make me a better person if I could find someone who was more optimistic than pessimistic, someone with a good sense of humor, who believes in the basic goodness of mankind, who believes in the power of the human brain to change (oneself and ?), someone who is not perfect and who doesn't expect me to be either. I'm not looking for someone to BE my life, but to share in the experience of living. After all, if there is no ultimate purpose, than the journey is the most important part. Height/weight proportionate is preferable for when we run the Iditerod. Other than that, I'd like to meet more happy, less cynical folk. And funny people - lots and lots of funny people.
