Things might be difficult right now. You might be going through things that you never expected or planned. However, just know that you're doing great. Things will get better and change. Push just a little more, just as I know you can, and everything will be alright.

Laughing helps release pent up emotions. Put on a funny movie, watch a funny TikTok or YouTube video, or just look up funny pictures of animals. A little laughter will help you feel better and help you get things done.

You must have a to-do list at least a mile high. However, despite how many things you need to get done in a day, you need to take a break. If you keep pushing and pushing yourself, you'll break, and then you really won't be able to get anything done. So, watch an episode (or 12) of your favorite TV show. Go for a short walk around the block. Eat some comfort food. You're doing alright, so just take a breather. You've earned it.
