Britney’s back, bitch.
The formerly-troubled star delighted New Orleans last night with a spectacular in-the-round set lasting almost two hours. The career-spanning concert featured clowns, acrobats, aerialists and pyrotechnics - and although Britney is reported to have mimed the entire set to pre-recorded vocals (quelle surprise), the crowd reaction is said to have been extremely positive. Watch videos of her performance.
The Sunday Times caught up with Lady GaGa and had a little chat about fashion, Madonna and letting it all hang out.
Here’s a fan-shot video of Pink performing ‘Sober’ during the Antwerp stop of her Funhouse world tour.

Track down that stray bottle of half-empty poppers before you attempt this hi-tempo - and slightly painful – Cyndi Lauper mash up. The mash up of ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun‘ and ‘Set Your Heart‘ was apparently made for Japan, and if you’ve heard the bonkers dance music they play in the Pachinko arcades, you’ll see why.

Kat DeLuna has just premiered the video to her new single ‘Unstoppable’ from her forthcoming sophomore album ‘Inside Out’. Watch Kat DeLuna’s new video.
In a slightly misguided attempt at making her more interesting, Leona Lewis tries her hand at acting in the ‘I Will Be’ video. It’s not all bad news though – Gossip Girl hottie Chace Crawford is there to provide some much-needed guy candy. Yum. Watch the video.
And another video today, it’s Pink’s 3rd single ‘Please Don’t Leave Me’, taken from the album ‘Funhouse’. It’s a hilarious video with a great concept; Pink’s boyfriend gets into unfortunate ‘accidents’ every time he tries to leave her. The bunny boiler theme suits her quite well, we think. Take A Look!.
Lily Allen’s essential single ‘The Fear’, features a brilliant b-side called ‘Fag Hag’. Lily, if you read this, we will be your ‘gay’! Listen to Fag Hag.
After 25 years, Grace Jones reunites with photographer Jean-Paul Goude for the Spring issue of V Magazine. Previous work from the duo includes the famous shot of an improbably contorted, nude and greased-up Grace holding a microphone.

As part of the soundtrack for the movie ‘The Spirit’, Christina Aguilera has taken Marlene Dietrich’s classic ‘Falling In Love Again’ and given it a French Disco treatment (anyone hearing ‘Air’?). Not bad at all.

Oh, how we love Nadya Ginsburg doing Madonna – she’s got all the details absolutely spot on. This week a new sketch appeared on YouTube, showing an interesting exchange between Madonna and child.
Either inspired by her collaboration with The-Dream on ‘My Love’, or trying to forget the lacklustre success of her last record ‘E=MC²’, Mariah Carey has started work on a new album.

Unless you’ve been living under some kind of non-musical rock, you’ll have heard of Little Boots. She’s flipping everywhere. She’s officially so hot right now. She’s even gone and won that BBC ‘sound of 2009’ poll, and deservedly so.

Dresden Dolls fans will be more than familiar with the brilliantly talented (and brilliantly odd) Amanda Palmer – but for those of you who haven’t heard her before, Amanda’s your girl for completely deranged burlesque piano pop. And don’t we all need some of that now and again?
Be warned, the lyrics to her new solo track ‘Oasis’ might catch you off guard - it’s basically the catchiest, happiest song you’ll ever hear about rape and abortion. The song can be found on her new album ‘Who Killed Amanda Palmer’.
