Last month, Ashley Graham gave birth to her first child, a baby boy named Isaac.
"Nothing prepares you for just how magical and intense giving birth is," the 32-year-old model shared on her podcast.
"I’m so grateful that I was able to deliver naturally in my home with my husband by my side for all six hours of labor. Holding my baby for the first time is a moment I’ll never forget."
Yesterday, Ashley wrote on Instagram, "Raise your hand if you didn’t know you’d be changing your own diapers too🙋🏻♀️."
"After all these years in fashion, I never could’ve guessed that disposable underwear would be my favorite piece of clothing, but here we are!"
"No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes, even the messy parts) new moms go through. I wanted to show you guys that it’s not all rainbows and butterflies!"

Just like when she opened up about her stretch marks, Ashley's post was praised for being authentic.
