10 Things That All Seniors Have Dealt With At Least Once

We've all been there... Its senior year.

1. Your friend trying to get you to move in with them after high school.

"Uhh.. YEAAAH!"

Please, someone, save me.

2. "This is getting you ready for the real world."

Throw me out there, I'm more than ready.

3. That lovely "Where are you going to college?" question.

I'll figure that out later. Even though half of my peers have gotten accepted into college and the other half are going on college tours.. I'll still figure it out later.

4. The follow up question. "What do you want to major in?"

Well.. you see, Journalism sounds cool but.. Yeah, I dunno.

5. Having to constantly listen to people complain about not getting into the college they wanted

I understand it sucks, but you aren't allowed to complain about it day in and day out.

6. "Do it. It'll look good on college applications."

If I do something, I'm going to do it because its enjoyable to me.. not because it'll "look good" on some application.

7. Being forced to look at a college by a friend/parent

If I really wanted to go to this college.. I would have looked at it by myself.

8. "If High school is easy for you, then college will be a breeze."

This is a lie. A full on lie. Don't believe anyone who tells you this.

College is easy just like riding a bike but it's on fire and you're on fire and everything's on fire and you're in hell.

9. Teachers telling you that you won't be going anywhere in life if you don't go to college.

First off, rude.

College isn't for everyone. Ton of people don't go to college and most likely make more than you do with that lovely teaching job of yours.

10. And lastly.. That moment when you realize you have no clue what you want to do with the rest of your life.

Its 2am, you're peacefully working on that essay that is due that morning and it hits you.

You're completely at lost for what you want to do after high school.. Happens to even the best of us.
