22 People Who Didn't Give in to Depression
A Wave of Hope is a travelling photo exhibition featuring people who are or have been depressed and have conquered the desire to end their own suffering. Photographer Sharon Dawson was inspired to create this first series when she discovered that Lake County, CA, with one of the smallest populations in the state had 3 times the suicide rate of all other counties.
