Iceberg with a few stale croutons. But it doesn't have to be that way!

First thing's first

Just don't. It tastes like water and has the nutritional value of an office plant: it contributes nothing and just takes up space.

Use other greens instead!

Your salad will suck less if you use a mix of greens (not to mention offer you way more nutritional value).

ADD SUBSTANCE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD

If you don't wanna be hungry 30 minutes later, add something to give your salad more weight. This will also make it suck less.

Go easy on the dressing.

No matter your ingredients, too much dressing will make your salad suck.
