The economy clearly isn't getting better

    To work with another rockstar.

A super kickass do it all marketing person is looking for a company to join.

She's historically gotten 1000+ person communities to scale and talk to each other, lessening the burden on customer management.

She's a whiz at excel pivot tables to provide insight about cohorts and a/b testing.

She's brought down bounce rates over 45% through secret Google Analytics hacks.

She also has a number of social media analytics tricks up her sleeve.

She can write HTML and CSS, and even can occasionally script.

She can get rid of your acne in Photoshop or Illustrator, while making you look cute in videos through Final Cut.

She's optimized Facebook ad campaigns and could do the same for SEM campaigns as well.

Plus she can write enough script to create a pixel for a display ad.

She could create a great social media campaign lickity split.

She also can use DoubleClick's ad planner. She taught herself how.

She's extraordinarily startup friendly, and media literate.

And she can copywrite too!(Who do you think wrote this ad, bub?)

So why an ad for herself? Because she's tired of the very rude people she's met in the recruiting process; people who've canceled interviews, people promised jobs and never sent contracts, and people who refused to pay for work. People who Miss Manners would knock on the head for their terrible recruiting process. She's therefore changing the recruiting process, because the only way to win this game is to ignore the rules.

Above all, said rockstar is often described by friends and colleagues as one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She is the kind of person your customers will turn to with not only work problems, but personal problems as well, with the expectation that her ear to listen, her analytical skills, her sense of hack the world, and some tea will make everything better. She wants a job with people who are serious about their work, serious enough to know that their reputation hangs on ethical behavior between business people of all sorts. Plus she wants a job where she can learn more, as working by herself becomes limiting.

How do you talk to this person? Email her! Think you know someone with a great job for her - Email her! You have an opening and you think she'd be a match- Email her!

So, you're a recruiter who wants to work with her? Because she's been locked in recruiting hell, she's giving recruiters a limit - 6 weeks total to find a her a match. If not, you pay her $100 for wasting her time and energy.

Hope to hear from you soon!
