Inspired by Giambattista Valli's Fall 2013 Couture Tu Tu extravaganza, I decided to salvage the remains of a pale pink petticoat I'd begrudgingly purchased last halloween. Seeing little use for it outside of costume, I tucked the skirt away, hoping one day the fashion gods would bless me with some grandiose outfit inspiration.
