Social Chat Roulette is interesting idea but without pervert and other weird things.
We have just started web site Facebook Social Chat Roulette which tries to address this problem.
Each participant need to be have valid Facebook account and at least 10 friends.
And this is not anonymous chat: your partner will know your name and link to your Facebook profile.
With Facebook Social Chat Roulette you can chat with Facebook users from all over the world (or only with your Facebook friends). Now, the world gets much smaller. Have fun meeting new people. Make new friends.
