What Film Or TV Moment Has Really Helped You Through Depression?

Let us know about a moment you watch and why it is important to you.

It made me think about specific moments in TV shows or films that I've watched that have helped me through depression.

Like "Life's a Happy Song" from The Muppet Movie.

It's made me reevaluate how terrible feelings can actually be a catalyst for good things in the long term.
