Karren Brady Shut Down A Sexist Comment On "The Apprentice" And It's Great

Brady: "None of you strike me as shy."

So in last night's Apprentice (yes, it's back again) the first task consisted of the two teams selling burgers.

After the teams were split into men and women, they decided where to sell their burgers. And one of the candidates, Siobhan Smith, had an idea when Canary Wharf was suggested as a location:

    That went down well.

Then Karren Brady, who usually doesn't interfere with what is going on because she's there to observe, immediately put Siobhan on the spot about her comments:

And then she followed it up with this:

This, naturally, got a great response from viewers:

Karren Brady though. Best way to shut down sexism is to make someone explain it out loud πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ #TheApprentice @karren_brady

When a woman on @bbcapprentice stereotypes about women selling to men and @karren_brady wipes the floor with her. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Rather controversially, they appear to have picked some hapless idiots for this year's #TheApprentice.

@bbcapprentice @karren_brady It’s bad enough that some men think this way, let alone women themselves!

    Way to go, Karren.
