September 12, 2010 Dear Citizens of the World, Please allow me to draw your attention to a very serious but not yet well known situation of silent crimes against humanity. Presently, there seems to be massive and almost complete ignorance and secrecy regarding these crimes. The phenomenon of people who report some type of remote attack or manipulation by what they call Directed Energy or Neurological Weapons, Mind Manipulating Technology or Electronic Harassment, emerged during the Cold War and greatly increased in the late 1990’s. In the year 2000, an unexplainable and dramatic increase in the number of these complaints occurred. These reports are coming from every continent all around the globe and the similarities of testimonies and exponential increase in these incidents point to a GLOBAL problem! The group of individuals who report these problems call themselves, “Targeted Individuals” shortened to TI’s, or "Mind Control Victims.” There are surprising overlapping similarities in the patterns and symptoms between the TI’s, and chronic fatigue Fibromyalgia, and a mysterious rise in sudden unexplained suicides of middle aged people in the USA that started a decade ago. Another unexplained global phenomena, similar to the debilitating and bizarre condition first mentioned in medical reports as PGAS, but not yet understood disease named Morgellons that also first became public around this same period seems to have the very same kind of global increase. It had previously been dismissed as a delusion because it was not understood until finally in 2008, an investigation was launched because of the growing list of patients worldwide with symptoms. Laboratory results have shown otherwise, and that Morgellons Disease is far from delusional. The complaints about mind manipulating weapons are in the same way treated as mental illness, and are therefore not monitored officially and remain “invisible” in any kind of statistical results. The sensational symptoms like telepathic experiences and embarrassing sexual electronic sensations, draw the attention away from the much longer list of health problems such as auto-immune disturbances, permanent fatigue, muscle pain similar to that of Fibromyalgia, a significantly high number of thyroid gland disorders, headaches and neurological symptoms and measurable reactions of post traumatic stress disorder. Hardly any uninformed person is aware of the simultaneously occurring problems with electronic devices and communication like computers or even car electronics. The consequences of their ignorance is that observers have no idea of the scale of this situation and do not recognize filed reports as part of the same issue, thus classifying them as individual cases of imaginations or superstitions, paranoid conspiracy theories or just mental illness. At the same time a statistical investigation by any official body would show this problem is much more different from just one of coincidental internet delusions. Reports of TI's mainly include the following 3 things. A -Most TI's report the physical and mental symptoms they experience from the moment they consciously experience the technology affecting them. B -Most TI's report interception of mail, interception and alteration of telecommunications, telephone and internet communications and malfunctions of all types of electronic and electrical devices . C -Most TI's experience organized stalking, which they explain in different ways and that in most cases starts earlier than the typical symptoms and physical sensations referred to as electronic harassment. These three things,(nearly),always go together and the number of new people reporting them had a sudden increase in 2000, continuing to the present. This should at least raise the question of how the complaints cannot be related? Meanwhile there have been many warnings by scientists in the fields of the emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Nanotechnology, about the possible dangers related to these technologies and mentioned by many of them as a dire future risk and even possible human extinction scenario. Predictions of emerging technological super intelligence or self organizing nanotechnology mention the fact that it would not be necessarily to be bound to any physical body or would not even be recognized as such because of our limited human nature in comparison with it, and not necessarily have goals consistent for the benefit of humanity. A huge part of military research into these technologies as advanced technological weapons has been done secretly by several superpowers as a part of the weapons race and still remains classified. The past has shown that historically important disruptive changes, referred to as low probability but high impact events are always a totally unexpected surprise to the world and pose severe consequences for humanity. In foresight, research into these kinds of disruptive events known as Wild Cards, or Black Swan events, predicate emerging technological surprises/advancements as the named possible cause. Also the evolution of science has a similar nature of sudden surprising changes and was named by Thomas Kuhn as a “Paradigm Shift.” Human nature seems to have a natural blindness to gradual changes, and the increased knowledge of these mechanisms should not prevent ignoring the signs of possible emerging risks,(mistakes humanity made previously in history. The serious threat emerging technologies are posing, the numerous warnings from AI experts on this subject, combined with the striking increase of people asking for recognition because they are targeted with technology interfacing with their mind and body and access to electronic systems of any kind should be a justified reason for an urgent and serious investigation into these matters internationally. Many people from all around the world are asking, “Please help us, help us, please give this problem the attention it deserves and investigate this situation in order to provide possible answers to the large scale suffering of many who are suspecting that they are guinea pigs in non-consensual human experimentation and who are feeling like a hostage of the silently emerging information war against humanity.” Not recognized, not helped and dismissed as being mentally ill and put in a position to be subjected to unjustified, unrelenting and inhumane torture is a violation of the most basic civil rights of any person. These groups of brave individuals who have gone public are just the tip of the iceberg and represent a much larger group of people that keep silent in fear of being tortured more extensively, marginalized by friends and family, and in jeopardy of losing their livelihoods. Many are waiting for the miracle that someone will appear who can expose the horror and injustices that are occurring globally. That some event will take place to eliminate their pain and suffering and allow them to return to the normal life that they had prior to becoming TI’s, before the advent of their awareness of the insanity and evilness of this situation, a situation that is allowed to destroy and disrupt innocent human beings. Our mission is to terminate this silent epidemic, to generate the requisite attention deserving of the atrocities that are occurring globally infringing on the human rights, the health/well being and the security of all of us. We are asking the United Nations, the World Health Organization and political leader’s to investigate this problem and reveal the nature of it in a way that does not rely on any assumptions, prejudices, or values of any particular individuals who investigates. Of course the nature of the problem without any doubt can be defined as crimes against humanity, war crimes., crimes against peace, and violations of the most fundamental human rights on large scale, even if its is not yet known or recognized as such. Therefore we are asking your help in this matter to in order to begin an investigation of this situation officially so that the global nature and alarming increase in these crimes can become clearly visible, revealing how serious this matter really is. G.W. Bush told the world that the U.S. would apply such wrath on anyone not "with" the PMIC agenda. Seen and heard throughout the world on September 11, 2001, Bush declared via satellite tv the evil plan for Targeted Individuals, precisely what they suffer daily: "We will direct every resource at our disposal… every tool of intelligence, every instrument of law enforcement, every financial influence, and every necessary weapon of war to the disruption and eventual defeat of terrorism… Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists… Americans should expect a battle unlike any other they have ever seen, not one battle, but a lengthy campaign, some visible, others secret. We will drive terrorists from place to place until there is no refuge or rest." (1) Extrapolating from Bill Taylor, LPI Targeted Individual cases known to be RFID implanted, one-tenth of extremists' targets have been secretly, forcibly implanted for easier tracking and assaulting with DEWs. (2) In February, in reporting on the scheduled Directed Energy Professional Society national symposium, some of which was held behind closed doors, the writer highlighted in the article Directed Energy Weapons aimed at American targets: Learning opportunity: "The Directed Energy Professional Society (DEPS) fosters research and development in directed energy (DE), including high energy laser (HEL) and high power microwave (HPM) technologies, for national defense and civilian applications through professional communication and education." (DEPS website - emphasis added) Aside from being the best hidden weapons, the Navy Times reports that DEWs are the "most feared and controversial weapon of modern age." Common bio-effects of electromagnetic and other non-lethal weapons include effects to the human central nervous system resulting in physical pain, difficulty breathing, vertigo, nausea, disorientation and other systemic discomfort. Weapons not considered "lethal" can cause cumulative damage to the human body including death through "slow-kill." Microwave pulses can affect not only the epidermis (skin), but also the dermis, the thick sensitive layer of skin and connective tissue beneath the epidermis that contains blood, lymph vessels, sweat glands, and nerve endings, generating a burn or inducing terminal disease from as far as 700 yards or more if applied by satellite. Since the new weapons' ammunition penetrates buildings to injure targets, they leave no evidence of the perpetrator, a perfect crime weapon. The heart attack gun and the ray gun are only a couple of many in the arsenal of military high-tech weapons now passed on to the Department of Justice that can be used to assassinate American civilians exposing too much truth. American Targeted Individuals claim being injured, in some cases tortured and in some cases tortured to death with the new weaponry. Domestic surveillance, extreme stalking psychological warfare on civilians New Freedom of Information documents reveal that the DOJ published statistics in a report, Stalking Victimization in the United States in 2009 included a survey that misled the American public by omitting extreme stalking material facts.(3) “Extreme stalking” involves organized domestic terror cells stalking targets. It is also known as “gang-stalking," "cause stalking," or “organized stalking.” Stalking experts agree that stalking is terror. For example, among first words to describe stalking, Crime Victim Services states, "Stalking is a form of terror that 5-20% of women in the US experience." Targeted Individuals consistently report ongoing, frequent, extreme stalking tactics: professional unforced house break-ins, illegal searches, thefts, pet killings, gas-lighting (such as moving personal property when the subject is away or asleep), use of weapons; and use of a variety of tactics. These are the same tactics that Psychiatrist stalking specialists, Doctors Emmelkamp and Kamphius, identify as “extreme stalking” and as indicators of future physical violence and lethality.(4) “Somewhat more extreme [stalking] forms include ordering goods and services in the victim's name and charging to the victim's account, placing false advertisements or announcements, ordering funeral wreaths, spreading rumours about the victim, starting numerous frivolous law suits, smearing the victim's home or destroying or moving their property, threatening the victim with violence, or actually attacking them. Stalkers sometimes involve third parties, which leads to victimisation by association of their family, friends, colleagues, lawyers, psychiatrists or psychologists, etc. (Emmelkamp and Kamphius) Five hallmarks of extremist cell targeting include: 1. High frequency of attacks and long-term duration of attacks
2. Use of a variety of tactics 
3. Professional unforced house entry, with no sign of force regardless of types of locks, often to access targets while asleep.
4. Law enforcement refusal to protect targets, investigate, or prosecute 
5. Covering-up the crime with torture tactics created to appear so unbelievable that bogus “mental illness” is used to discredit targets, or so well-disguised that the induced “mysterious illnesses” neutralize targets Extremist stalking cells stalking prey FOIA request No. 10-00169 to DOJ Office of Justice Programs via a letter dated March 22, 2010 reveal that 446,790 stalking incidents are committed by three or more people, almost half involving offenders working together, a new form of organized crime. (5) Of the 446,790 episodes of stalking committed by 3 or more persons, 4 in 10 were committed by the offenders working together. Did All These People Act as a Team or a Group? In the total 3 or more offenders of the 446,790 100, 185,050 41.2 answers were "Yes," and 230,080 51.5 answers were "No," 26,550 5.9 were "Don't know and 
6,110 1.4 were "Missing." Significant numbers of group stalkers were reported in groups of between 3 and up to 50 stalkers working as part of a "team or group," in the tens of thousands. "The study shows at least 185,050 group or cell stalking victims exist in the U.S. "This number is artificially low," however, "due to two confounding variables in the study" states the Now Public report: 1. The 5.9 percent reporting not knowing whether a team or group was involved contains an unknown number of group stalking victims. Assuming it is the same as the 41.2 percent for victims knowing three or more stalkers are working in teams or groups, the number of victims exceeds 200,000. 2. The 2,262,940 "harassment victims" were excluded from the study if they did not state they feared for their safety, or, the safety of a family member.(3) This means that if the excluded harassment group follows a similar pattern of harassment as those deemed "stalking victims, the number of U.S. citizens being gang stalked exceeds 350,000." "Stalkingis typically defined as the willful, malicious, and repeated following or harassing of another person that threatens hisor her safety." (Meloy & Gothard, 1995, p. 258). Based on the 350,000 number, 35,000 Targeted Individuals could be implanted unwillingly and unknowingly. As Taylor commented, some sources day all of them are implanted. Based on the 2009 DOJ report, Katrina Baum, Ph.D., Shannan Catalano, Ph.D., Michael Rand, Kristina Rose found that: • About half (46%) of stalking victims experienced at least one unwanted contact per week, and 11% of victims said they had been stalked 5 years or more. • Approximately 1 in 4 stalking victims reported some form of cyberstalking such as e-mail (83%) or instant messaging (35%). • Women were at greater risk than men for stalking victimization; however, women and men were equally likely to experience harassment victimization.(6) Who works in the cells? In his book, Cause Stalking, David Lawson describes his 12 years of infiltrating extremist cells and quotes stalking cell recruits: "'We are like the police except we are ABOVE the police.' 'We are a citizen's group that helps the police. We are trying to alert people in the area about this person [the target] before he gets to do what he did in the last place he lived.' 'When I get the call, I go to whatever the address is. It doesn't matter what they [targets] do, they can never get away from us.' 'Who are we? We drive the ambulances that take you to the emergency room. When your house is burning, we put out the fire. We are security guards. We protect you at night. YOU ONLY HAVE ELECTRICITY, PHONE AND CABLE SERVICE BECAUSE OF US. We are janitors. We have the keys. We fix your cars. YOU DON'T WANT TO MESS WITH US.'" Most stalking victims do not recognize that they are under surveillance until the intrusions have occurred over a long period or become overtly threatening or violent. I happened to be eye witness to one of the most incredible events in history! I saw a 110 story building pancake and fall into dust in 8seconds! If anyone, prior to that day had said that this could happen, they would have been deemed crazy! Below is my personal account of that day. If you have seen the news reports of the World Trade Center attack, it looks more real on TV than in person, that's my thought, BUT, if you were not there, then thing you are missing is the "smell", and the "sound"........REV 18 Scott ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello....I'm Scott, and my normal occupation is a courier. Due to two accidents, I was not working on 9/11, but on my way to my physical therapy appointment. My job as a courier took me to #1 and #2 WTC between 1-5 times per day. Anyone who has not been to the WTC should know that each time you seek to gain admittance, you are screened, and you must have a photo ID, which in return, you are given a 'key-card,' with your picture, day, and floor you are allowed to go to. The greatest pride in my job as a courier was to know that I was one of few that could deliver money/checks in the amount of as much as $5,000,000 in the fastest possible time, to one of our main clients: Blue Cross Blue Shield, located on floors 27, 28 29, 31 in #1WTC Francine Goldstein, on the 31st Fl. was a head accountant, who I think of often now, wondering if she got out. Our other main client was Sun Micro Systems in #2WTC. on the 25th FL. As I traveled down Park Ave., going south, I was stopped by another person on a bicycle at 40th Street, and he pointed out the smoke to me, and told me it was the WTC. I really did not think that much about it, because there really did not seem to be that much smoke. I just thought," I will see whats going on when I get down there." By the time I got to Houston ST/Broadway, I could see fire and flames, and now I knew it was much more serious. By this time, emergency vehicles were traveling south on B'Way, and by the time I passed Canal St. it became difficult to get through, but because I was riding a bicycle, I weaved in and out of traffic until I made my way to JandR Music world. I parked my bicycle, and made my way to the corner of Fulton/William St. and watched #2 WTC burn on what I thought to be in the floors 70-83. Even at this point, I thought things were under control, so I went to my doctors office, and was informed that they were going to evacuate. I came back on to the street, and took up a position for a line of view of #2, in front of a variety store on the North/West corner, it was now 9:50am. I keep expecting to see a plane come by, and start dumping water on the fire, but this did not happen. If anyone reading this, has ever seen a person have a heart attract, and fall, this is exactly what happened to #2WTC. Shortly after 10:00am, the top of #2, tilted to the left/south about fifteen degrees, and for a split second, it looked like it was going to stay in that position, THEN IT JUST PANCAKED, GOING STRAIGHT DOWN!!! I keep staring, because I could not believe what I was seeing, but most other people screamed and started to run. I just stood there, and then the manager of the variety store said, "MY EMPLOYEES, MY EMPLOYEES ONLY, COME INSIDE." I was the only non-emplyee, so I realized he was speaking to me, even though our eyes never met. Little did I know that the GIANT DUST CLOUD, was really the buildings, the heat from the fires had turned them into giant machines, pulverizing EVERYTHING because of the heated steel and concrete. I had braced myself in a corner of the doorway, as at least ten people watched me/and the dust from inside the store. There was no way for me to run because of an injury to my left knee that tore it to pieces in OCT, 2000. When the dust began to dissipate, I walked to another building, and was admitted, and thats when EVERYTHING was COMPLETELY ENVELOPED in dust because of the collapse of #1WTC. After about 20 minutes, I made my way to my bicycle, and was able to ride north on Water St. and out of the area, while everyone else had to walk. On Third Ave. around 38th st. A young woman stopped me and asked me if everyone made it out, and I told her,"it was not possible." She became distraught, and started running downtown. I saw her on TV the next day, her name was Monica, and it turns out she had only been married for one year, and her husband worked at the WTC. I felt badly that I could not do anything for her when I met her. I was sick for two days, and I started to think that they had used a chemical agent. ON Monday, 9/17 I realized that I was sick due to the fact that all humans in the WTC had be pulverized, and the cloud of dust contained human remains. I made my own inspection of the site on 9/16, and I got within 250yards of #7WTC. My main reason for going was to see the people who were involved in the rescue effort. I spoke to one man, and I began the conversation" How'ya doin." I asked in a way that showed true concern for one human to another. He was so taken back by the question, he could not even answer! Then I asked him where he was from,(thinking he came from out of state), and he said "CORRECTIONS." He turned around, and his jacket said NYDC. I'm pretty depressed now, tomorrow, I'm supposed to go visit my wife,(I booked the trip 8/17/01), but the airline website says the flight has been canceled. One of the most amazing things to see at the site is all of the paper that was not destroyed. Steel and Concrete were pulverized, but paper survived!!! This alone made me start to think what is really important in life. Well, I HATE WAR!!!!! But the whole problem is this: THESE GUYS JUST CAN'T COME OVER HERE AND "DROP THE WTC LIKE THAT" AND RUIN LIVES. I JUST WISH THERE WERE ANOTHER WAY... BUT I GUESS NOT... GOD PLEASE BE WITH YOUR CHILDREN...       The shipowners became wealthy

   For at last God has judged her

   No craftsmen and no trades
      will ever be found in you again.

     The vast majority of Christians in the United States have been taught that America is simply not in Bible prophecy. No matter where one may turn, America is not there, either by name or by any form of code name either, thus say a host of America's Christian clergy to their flock. The second thing they are told is that Babylon is NEVER TAUGHT ANYWHERE IN SCRIPTURE AS A NATION. Babylon is a SYSTEM, and most view it as a RELIGIOUS SYSTEM OF SOME SORT. Prophecy said these views would surface at the time of end. It is the mark of apostasy to DENY YOUR IDENTITY, YOUR SIN, AND THE TIME OF YOUR VISITATION. In fact, that is the essence of all apostasy, THE REJECTION OF SCRIPTURE AS IT APPLIES TO A PERSON, COMMUNITY OR NATION. It is always SOMEONE ELSE, SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND AT SOME UNKNOWN "FUTURE TIME". Never is it NOW, US and OUR NATION. Does it not seem odd to you that America, the GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD, the greatest evangelical nation; that took the Gospel of Christ to the four corners of the world; THE RICHEST NATION ON THE EARTH, who has given more aid to nations than any other; THE NATION TO HAVE WON TWO MAJOR WORLD WARS and many others; IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE? That God would forget a nation that has been central to the survival of Israel in this age? Not even in a cryptic way? That is like saying God is blind in one eye, and cannot see out of the other! It is nothing less than accusing God of utter negligence! But it is not God who is NEGLIGENT. It is not God who FORGOT AMERICA in prophecy. It is not God who failed to paint a picture that was obvious to those that wanted to find it. IT IS NOT GOD, BUT THE FALSE PROPHETS OF AMERICA WHO HAVE UTTERLY FAILED THEIR FLOCK. They are DECEIVED, AND THUS ARE DECEIVERS AND HYPOCRITES, FOR THEY LEAD MILLIONS TO ETERNAL RUIN. God told the citizens of BABYLON THE GREAT, AMERICA, exactly what would happen in America, and pointed a finger directly at the CHRISTIAN SHEPHERDS. Why do you suppose that God would do that? Why would He pick a specific group and lay the blame right at their feet? Because it is GOD'S PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE ANTICHRIST NATION, THE NATION THAT SPAWNS ANTICHRIST. Remember that antichrist rises in DECEPTION. "My people (Christians) hath been LOST SHEEP (UNSAVED, UNREGENERATE - HELL BOUND): THEIR SHEPHERDS (THE CHRISTIAN CLERGY, THE EVANGELISTS, THE PREACHERS, THE TEACHERS) HAVE CAUSED THEM TO GO ASTRAY,..(Jeremiah 50:6). The shepherds of God's people in Babylon America embrace a FALSE SALVATION GOSPEL (Matthew 7:21-23; 2 Peter 2:1-3), which leads MILLIONS into eternal ruin. Their salvation Gospel is an UTTERLY FALSE GOSPEL. It is "sugar-coated", and an ALL POSITIVE GOSPEL. That is what Jeremiah means when he says: "they have turned them AWAY on the MOUNTAINS; they have gone from MOUNTAIN TO HILL, they have FORGOTTEN THEIR RESTING PLACE." God fights His wars IN THE VALLEY. True salvation lies IN THE VALLEY. If you refuse the VALLEY EXPERIENCE (THE NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF THE SALVATION DOCTRINE) you will never FIND YOUR RESTING PLACE. Jesus said you MUST PICK UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW HIM. Babylon's gospel of salvation HAS NO CROSS, NO DEATH OF SELF, AND THEREFORE NO TRUE LIFE.  It is an utterly false salvation doctrine. IT SWEEPS THE VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICAN CHRISTIANS INTO ETERNAL HELLFIRE. That is why God says they ARE LOST SHEEP. They ARE lost, LOST FOREVER. "We are confounded, because we have heard REPROACH; SHAME HATH COVERED OUR FACES: FOR STRANGERS ARE COME INTO THE SANCTUARIES OF THE LORD'S HOUSE” (Jeremiah 51:51) Indeed, the false Christian clergy ARE STRANGERS and hold forth a FALSE GOSPEL, that leads to their REPROACH AND LOSS at the judgment seat of Christ. They shall one and all BE ASHAMED, and now face ETERNAL RUIN FOR EVER AND EVER.  This is the primary reason why AMERICAN CHRISTIANS reject the fact that America is Babylon. They have been UTTERLY MISLEAD BY FALSE SHEPHERDS. It is part of prophecy. BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE ONE OF THEM! You can extricate yourself from God's disfavor by SIMPLY ACCEPTING WHAT GOD SAYS AS FACT, and rejecting all the nonsense of these hell bound false leaders. In this first part of our investigation we will focus on the aspect of whether or not God teaches that Babylon The Great is in fact A NATION AMONG THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD. GOD SAYS BABYLON IS A NATION! To claim otherwise is to utterly contradict GOD and all of HIS PROPHETS that spoke of BABYLON.  The mark of a FALSE TEACHER is one who DENIES OR CONTRADICTS THE WORD OF GOD, usually in an effort to prove his/her views correct. WE ARE ALL LIARS, AND GOD IS THE ONLY ONE WHO TELLS THE TRUTH. The issue before you, then, is not your opinion, your biases, your intelligence, your standing before God, your education or your denominational belief structure. IT IS WHETHER OR NOT YOU WILL ACCEPT WHAT GOD HAS TO SAY EXACTLY AS HE SAYS IT.   The vast majority of Christians WILL NOT ACCEPT WHAT GOD HAS TO SAY. They refuse it, alter it, deny it, contradict it, or pervert it, and twist it. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY CHRIST SAID THE VAST MAJORITY OF CHRISTIANS WILL NEVER ENTER HEAVEN AT ALL. They shall be ETERNALLY SENT AWAY INTO RUIN AND LOSS. It was not that they COULD NOT ACCEPT WHAT GOD SAID, but THAT THEY WOULD NOT. In view of the shortness of this study, PLEASE SIMPLY ACCEPT WHAT GOD HAS TO SAY, and take it into your heart, praying about it. NO MATTER HOW IT MAKES YOU FEEL, DO IT NOW!! FACT ONE: BABYLON THE GREAT IS A NATION! When we say Babylon is a nation, we mean to say that she is A LAWFUL NATION, A NATION WITH SPECIFIC BOUNDARIES, A NATION RECOGNIZED IN INTERNATIONAL LAW, A NATION CAPABLE OF ENTERING INTO TREATIES, A NATION WITH A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND A NATION RECOGNIZED BY THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH. That is a nation with a SPECIFIC LAND MASS, DEFINED BOUNDARIES BY LAW, A NATION WITH A PEOPLE THAT GO BY A SPECIFIC NAME, A NATION WITH URBAN AREAS, CITIES, TOWNS AND RURAL DISTRICTS, FARMS, LAKES, FORESTS, SEAS AND OCEANS, ETC. That is what we mean by a nation, and that is what GOD MEANS BY A NATION. Babylon is referred to in the Scriptures as a nation both directly and indirectly. Often the term KINGDOM and NATION are used interchangeably. We will first of all examine those areas in the Old Testament prophecies that identify BABYLON THE GREAT as a nation, as a SINGULAR ENTITY, not some world wide system. Jeremiah 50:12 is a good place to start: "Your mother shall be sore confounded; she that bare you shall be ashamed: BEHOLD, THE HINDER-MOST OF THE NATIONS shall be a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert."   This is a direct reference to BABYLON THE GREAT, who is also called THE DAUGHTER OF BABYLON. Jeremiah calls her directly THE HINDER-MOST OF THE NATIONS. You view this as his perspective, as he looks down the tunnel of time - the HINDER-MOST from him would be the LAST BABYLON. That means the LAST BABYLON TO RISE BEFORE THE END. The last and the YOUNGEST OF ALL THE GREAT NATIONS AT THE END TIME. In comparison with the other nations of the world, at the time of the end, SHE WILL BE THE YOUNGEST AND ALSO THE MOST POWERFUL NATION AMONG THE GREAT NATIONS. America fits that description perfectly. She is the YOUNGEST and yet the most powerful NATION among the NATIONS of the world. We know for a fact that this must refer to a limited LAND MASS AREA WITH SPECIFIC BOUNDARIES, for THE WHOLE WORLD IS NOT DESTROYED, but BABYLON THE NATION IS DESTROYED.  This latter day Babylon has a mother, which is also a NATION. This mother was responsible for "birthing" this mighty Babylon of the end times. If Iraq were Babylon as some try to claim, WHO IS THE MOTHER OF IRAQ? If you read this verse carefully, it says that the MOTHER NATION PRECEDED BABYLON, GAVE BIRTH TO HER, WATCHES HER RISE TO FULL POWER, AND WATCHES HER DIE IN FIRE. Again, WHO IS THE MOTHER OF IRAQ? Iraq has none! Who is the mother of Rome, which is often presented as BABYLON? Rome is not a nation, but a city. Further, SHE HAS NO MOTHER.   Who is the mother of the EC, which is often presented as BABYLON, THE REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE? In point of fact, SHE WILL HAVE NO MOTHER, and further, BABYLON THE GREAT is always shown as a SINGLE NATION FROM HER BIRTH TO HER RISE TO FULL POWER AND GLORY. The EC does not qualify. Each parameter must be fulfilled. You CANNOT PICK AND CHOSE that which you wish to present to prove your case. However, AMERICA has a mother. This mother was DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HER BIRTH. That mother PRECEDED HER. England has been around awhile. England gave birth to America, and England is still around, and ENGLAND WILL WATCH AMERICA BURN. England is further confirmed as the mother of BABYLON THE GREAT by Daniel the Prophet in Daniel 7:4 (THE LION).  Ezekiel also mentions it in Ezekiel 38/39 as "TARSHISH", who gives birth to "young cubs". Tarshish is a cryptic reference to ENGLAND and her young cubs are America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Daniel refers to her as a LION. The national symbol of England is A LION. The eagle wings on top the lion IS AMERICA, HER DAUGHTER. America's national symbol is THE EAGLE WITH OUTSTRETCHED WINGS. BABYLON THE GREAT IS A NATION. We would not need any other reference to prove it, because ONE DIRECT REFERENCE IS ENOUGH! There are many more. Habakkuk is a key prophet in identification of BABYLON THE GREAT. He is usually ignored by prophecy "experts". "For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans (New Babylon), THAT BITTER AND HASTY NATION, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwelling places that are not their’s.” (Habakkuk 1:6)   Notice the term NATION. Not NATIONS, or any GROUP OF NATIONS, but always ONE NATION, A SINGULAR NATION. Again God calls BABYLON THE GREAT A NATION.  She is also referred to as a KINGDOM, the same as a nation. Babylon is always referred to IN THE SINGULAR. "And BABYLON, THE GLORY OF KINGDOMS, the beauty of the Chaldee's excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.” (Isaiah 13:19)   Here Isaiah calls Babylon A KINGDOM, in fact, she IS THE QUEEN AMONG ALL THE KINGDOMS/NATIONS OF THE EARTH. She is the leading power of the WHOLE WORLD.  Notice her end: BY FIRE. That is EXACTLY WHAT JEREMIAH SAYS, and that is EXACTLY WHAT REVELATION 17 and 18 say. SHE WILL BE BURNED UTTERLY WITH FIRE. From coast to coast, from sea to shining sea. There is a complete HARMONY OF SCRIPTURE. "Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O DAUGHTER OF THE CHALDEANS: for thou shalt no more be called, THE LADY OF KINGDOMS” (Isaiah 47:5)   Isaiah again refers to her as THE QUEEN OF ALL THE KINGDOMS. She is presented in Scripture as being the MOST POWERFUL OF ALL END TIME NATIONS. None can come close to her in terms to WEALTH, POWER, MILITARY, AGRICULTURE, MANUFACTURING, MUSIC, CATTLE, HORSES, AUTOMOBILES AND TRUCKS, AIR CRAFT AND SPACE EXPLORATION.   All of these attributes are listed by the prophets as they describe BABYLON THE NATION. The point being she is REPEATEDLY REFERRED TO AS A SINGULAR KINGDOM, A SINGULAR NATION. Babylon the Great is also referred to as the DAUGHTER OF BABYLON, and also THE DAUGHTER OF THE CHALDEANS. It is important to note that IT IS AGAIN A SINGULAR DAUGHTER. It is not DAUGHTER(S) OF BABYLON, but the ONE SINGULAR DAUGHTER.  The word for "daughter" is "bath", and it means OFFSPRING OR DESCENDENT of Babylon. LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER. It means that this DAUGHTER OF BABYLON will be OF THE SAME TYPE, OF THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS. Ancient Babylon was the splendor of the world. She was the center of world trade, the richest and most powerful nation in the known world. Jesus said that AS IT WAS, SO SHALL IT BE! "For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; THE DAUGHTER OF BABYLON is like a threshing floor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.” (Jeremiah 51:33)   Mighty Babylon, THE GREAT NATION OF THE END TIMES, is going to be PULVERIZED! She is to be UTTERLY DEMOLISHED FOR HER SINS! "Come down, and sit in the dust, O VIRGIN DAUGHTER OF BABYLON, sit on the ground: THERE IS NO THRONE, O DAUGHTER OF THE CHALDEANS: for thou shalt no more be called TENDER AND DELICATE” (Isaiah 47:1)   Here Isaiah calls BABYLON THE GREAT the QUEEN OF THE NATIONS, but her throne has been taken from her. She has been REMOVED AS THE MOST POWERFUL NATION IN THE WORLD, and made to sit in the dust. Notice the SINGULAR ASPECT, ONE DAUGHTER, ONE THRONE, ONE QUEEN. BABYLON THE GREAT IS NOT A GROUP OF NATIONS AS THE EC, OR A SYSTEM, BUT ONE NATION, a nation that SPAWNS ALL THE END TIME SYSTEMS OF THE WORLD: POLITICAL, ECONOMIC, AND RELIGIOUS. In other words BABYLON THE NATION is responsible for the BABYLONIAN WORLD WIDE SYSTEM IT CREATES. And behind it all stands MYSTERY - WHICH THE BIBLE DEFINES AS SECRET RELIGIOUS ORDERS. The Lord also uses the word "MOUNTAIN" to describe a kingdom or nation. Jeremiah 51 is a prophecy against the nation Babylon. Jeremiah says in 51:25: "Behold, I am against thee, O DESTROYING MOUNTAIN, saith the Lord, which destroyes ALL THE EARTH: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks (other nations), and will make thee a BURNT MOUNTAIN, (nation)."   Notice again it is a SINGULAR MOUNTAIN, not MOUNTAINS in the plural. Notice how the Lord calls BABYLON THE GREAT A MOUNTAIN, and the other nations are ROCKS. So Babylon, compared to the other NATIONS OF THE WORLD, is a MOUNTAIN AMONG THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD. She is again portrayed as the BIGGEST, MOST POWERFUL SINGULAR NATION IN THE WORLD. With one accord, the prophets say that BABYLON IS A SINGULAR NATION. This is vital to your understanding AS TO WHY AMERICA PLAYS THE ROLE SHE PLAYS IN END TIME PROPHECY. It is America, THE NATION, BABYLON THE GREAT, that is held responsible BY GOD for all the evils that spread over the whole earth.  IT IS FROM THE NATION BABYLON THE GREAT, and specifically FROM THE LITERAL CITY WITHIN THE NATIONAL BOUNDARIES OF BABYLON, CALLED MYSTERY BABYLON, THE GREAT CITY BABYLON, that all of these systems are spawned and nourished by the RICH MEN OF THE EARTH. In short, NEW YORK CITY, the GREATEST CITY WITHIN AMERICA, is held by God as being the CHIEF INSTIGATOR AND PROPAGATOR OF ALL THE EVIL SYSTEMS SHE CREATES. The argument that Babylon is ONLY A WORLD SYSTEM utterly contradicts the Lord God and his prophets. BABYLON IS ALWAYS PRESENTED AS A NATION THAT GOES FORTH FROM ONE SPECIFIC LOCATION AND FROM THAT LOCATION CONQUERS THE WHOLE WORLD THROUGH THE SYSTEMS SHE CREATED. A spider weaves a large web, but she has to start from one place. Scripture is adamant and clear: SHE BEGINS AT BABYLON THE NATION, AND BABYLON THE CITY. Through her slowly expanding system of trade, economics, military power, political power and religious power, BABYLON'S WEB SNARES THE WORLD. That is why God says that THE BLOOD OF THE SAINTS, THE PROPHETS AND ALL THAT WERE SLAIN UPON THE EARTH (Revelation 18:24), CAN BE TRACED BACK TO BABYLON THE NATION, AND TO BABYLON THE LITERAL CITY. It always comes back to roost at the feet of a SINGULAR NATION AND A CITY. America is turning rapidly ANTI-CHRISTIAN. The UNITED NATIONS, for all of its speech about HATRED AND INTOLORANCE, is ANTI-CHRISTIAN TO ITS CORE. God speaks to the United Nations in the Psalms, and MOCKS THEM for taking HIS WORDS IN THEIR MOUTH and then PERVERTING THEM, REVERSING THEM. The KING OF BABYLON, THE NATION, is presented in the Scripture AS THE ANTICHRIST (LUCIFER). THIS KING, OF THE NATION BABYLON THE GREAT, goes forth and conquers and then RULES OVER THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD. Check Isaiah 14:4-6, Jeremiah 51:25; 44; Habakkuk 1:6-10; 2:4-5; Revelation 13:7-8; 17:18; 18:24, and you will see this. It is THE KING OF BABYLON in every single instance that GOES FORTH TO CONQUER AND TO DESTROY AND RULE THE NATIONS. It is ALWAYS BABYLON THE NATION AND THE CITY, from whence he gets his POWER TO DO IT.  It is BABYLON THE NATION, through its deceptive front THE UNITED NATIONS, that rules the world FROM THE GREAT CITY BABYLON, which is NEW YORK CITY. That is why the UN is located in NEW YORK. It is no accident. It is in almost all of their writings. They have written about the SECRET DESTINY OF AMERICA. Isaiah and Jeremiah claim the occult have labored from the inception of the nation to bring LUCIFER into the world. If the OCCULT FORCES KNOW THAT AMERICA IS TO SPAWN AND BE RULED BY LUCIFER (THE KING OF BABYLON), then why cannot Christians ACCEPT IT? The ANSWER LIES IN THE REJECTION OF THE WORD OF GOD; IN APOSTASY. It lies in an utter refusal to ACCEPT GOD AT HIS WORD. Jeremiah said the Christian Leaders in America would UTTERLY REJECT THE TRUTH OF SCRIPTURE, and lead their flocks astray. THIS PROPHECY HAS BEEN FULFILLED IN AMERICA!  If you refuse these parameters, you will never understand why America is getting involved, through its front the UNITED NATIONS, in many nations around the world! It is THE KING OF BABYLON or the antichrist (LUCIFER), that goes forth and conquers the nations of the world, AND RULES THEM IN ANGER. You have to START from some specific location, AND THAT LOCATION IS AMERICA, THE NATION, BABYLON THE GREAT. As one might expect, A NATION would have CITIES within her borders, and if that is true, there would be a reference to same: "...and I will kindle a fire IN HIS CITIES.... (Jeremiah 50:32).'; "HER CITIES are a desolation,...” (Jeremiah 51:43)   We find specific references to the CITIES OF BABYLON THE GREAT. The NATION has cities, and great ones at that, for THE CITY BABYLON is a mirror reflection of the NATION and her OTHER CITIES. Thus, in America, NEW YORK CITY is a reflection of MINNEAPOLIS / ST. PAUL, CHICAGO, LOS ANGELES, SAN DIEGO, SAN FRANCISCO, DALLAS, HOUSTON, ATLANTA, ETC. The nation is portrayed as the greatest NATION IN THE WORLD. There is none her equal anywhere on the globe.   A nation would also have VAST LAND AREAS. If Babylon is truly a NATION, then references to her LAND would be found:     "And against her LAND.." "that shalt make her land desolate..." "go forth out of the land." "the sound of battle is in the land.." "In the land of the Chaldeans.." "out of the LAND of Babylon.." "It is the LAND of graven images.." "and shall empty HER LAND.." "A LAND where no man dweleth.." "Her WHOLE LAND shall be confounded..." "and THROUGH ALL HER LAND..." "from the LAND of the Chaldeans..."   It should be self evident that BABYLON IS A SINGULAR NATION. She has huge cities, but one VERY SPECIAL CITY, THE LARGEST CITY WITHIN HER BORDERS THAT IS ALSO THE LARGEST SEAPORT CITY OF THE NATION! She has a huge land mass, and thus has NATIONAL BOUNDARIES. She is recognized in the family of NATIONS as the greatest nation in the whole earth. America fulfills that parameter. The context is plain and simple. BABYLON THE GREAT IS AN END TIME NATION, THAT PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN END TIME EVENTS, A SINGULAR ENTITY. To claim otherwise is to UTTERLY CONTRADICT GOD. It is to spit in HIS face and call him a liar. The refusal to accept the fact that BABYLON THE GREAT IS A NATION AMONG THE NATIONS is one of the PRIMARY REASONS why many modern day prophetic scholars cannot understand WORLD EVENTS, as they relate to literal prophecy. They do not understand who America is, nor WHAT SHE WILL DO. They reject with mocking and vehemence all suggestions that America is BABYLON THE GREAT. They are thus DECEIVED, AND ARE DECEIVING OTHERS. They are looking at the EC and some form of REVIVED ROMAN EMPIRE, which according to the Scripture, WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Did you know that John the Revelator UTTERLY DENIES A REVIVAL OF ROME? He does! This is not to say the EC is not important, for the EC is in reality the formation of BIO-REGION TWO of the UNITED NATIONS TEN WORLD REGIONS. It too will pay a major role in the future. So these folks are always looking at some other place, while ALL OF IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT UNDER THEIR NOSE. The United Nations is rising up right in front of them, the American government is becoming more draconian and dictatorial, more and more openly antichrist, and is now involved in the actual extermination of Christians, such as the Randy Weaver case and the WACO Branch Davidian’s. and the false prophets CHEERED THEM ON! The nation is engulfed in every antichrist religion in the world, and the false prophets are TOTALLY BLIND AS TO WHY! However, by their refusal to accept the Word of God they fulfill the prophecies against the shepherds of Babylon. This nation, this SINGULAR ENTITY has certain key CHARACTERISTICS that identify her. The next issue we will review these PARAMETERS to prove that AMERICA, AND AMERICA ONLY MUST BE, AND IS, BABYLON THE GREAT.   There is no other nation upon earth that fulfills the parameters listed for BABYLON THE GREAT, NOT ONE, NOT ANYWHERE! AMERICA ALONE DOES!  It is not IRAQ; IT IS NOT ROME; IT IS NOT THE EC. IT IS AMERICA! When you finally begin to grasp that one central key fact, then THE REST OF THE PROPHETIC PICTURE WILL COME INTO CLEAR FOCUS, and you will know WHY AMERICA IS DOING WHAT SHE IS DOING ALL OVER THE WORLD. You will know why the United Nations is located in New York City. I have never had a dream like the one I had this Easter 4/4/2010. This was really a special Easter for me! I have my church at home. My main bible/sword was in the trash, and I found it while I was out at 3am one morning back in 1991 in San Francisco, while looking at belongings that were thrown out because someone was evicted. I opened the bible, and saw the name Scott Cunningham. What is the probability that I “Scott” would find this book that belonged to another Scott? I used this Tyndale Bible to record all twenty two chapters of The Book Of Revelation as a performance from memory between 1/02-3/04. Each morning, I would wake up and learn a couple of paragraphs and then connect all of the paragraphs until I had the whole chapter, being about to “perform” it by heart. Chapter 18 was the most difficult. As it turns out William Tyndale was burned at the stake for bringing his translation to the world.
