Question #6 Lastly: Why did it take you so long to get a release date? I had to re-shoot some scenes with my youthful star in Louisiana, and the date got pushed twice. Um, because of marketing issues. First there were some cost overruns. Then, and this is important, I am a thriller movie about an unpopular war, and I kind of hoped things might simmer down in the actual war before I got released. Well, we had to re-shoot a bunch of action scenes after the original release date passed, so make of that what you will. Howl! Really? Lack of marketing budget, my star wasn't able to do promo earlier, and I didn't want to come out as the lone island of thriller during the crowded awards season.
