As part of his divorce litigation, Dr. Batista is asking for the return of the kidney he donated to his wife, Dawnell -- or the equivalent in cash.

Their divorce proceedings have been going on four 4 years, and Batista only just remember the thing about the kidney, apparently. He also wants that copy of Hall and Oates' Private Eyes back.
