Yuck! What an awful thing to say!
I use to be in the call center for an online furniture company. My personal fave was this one lady telling me she didn’t need her order after it shipped. Per the company, once it ships, we cannot stop it; you can refuse/return, but there are fees. So she said she understood. The next morning, I get a call from said lady saying (she didn’t remember who I was) that we were ripping her off, she was going to murder me & throw me over a bridge. Her credit card company called a few days later saying she disputed the charges & she also told them the same thing :-/
