The 2004 UK ban on fox hunting could be repealed within a year, according to pro-hunting lobby groups.
Here are INSERT NUMBER HERE reasons, if any more were needed, to make sure that doesn't happen.
1. Because you'll make this poor little creature even more upset than they are already.
2. Because even when they're stalking things they still look fully gorgeous.
3. Even at night they're just adorable.
4. LOOK HOW SURPRISED SHE IS THAT THIS IS EVEN A DEBATE WE NEED TO HAVE.
5. There's a fox village in Japan and it sounds like literally the best place on earth.
6. Who will drive you to work in the morning if they're busy being hunted?
7. Even in a nuclear wasteland, they know how to eat.
8. And, of course, without foxes we'd never have had lovely Vulpix, one of the loveliest of the Pokémon.
9. Foxes love naps so actually hunting them is sort of like hunting yourself.
10. HOW COULD YOU WANT TO HUNT THIS I MEAN JUST LOOK
11. And let's be honest, foxes look much prettier alive than dead...
What does the Fox say? He'd probably want a different chair for starters.
