Paula Deen Lost 30 Lbs. By Thinking "Differently"

Paula "Butter Queen" Deen dropped a bunch of weight since she learned she had Type 2 diabetes. Changing her eating habits and walking for 30 minutes per day really helped her transformation.

She’s moved mashed potatoes and bread off the table and made room for baked fish and Greek salad. She makes fruit smoothies for breakfast and buys sweet pototoes and broccoli.

Hopefully she's more aware than she was in 2009:
