Sometimes it's easy to psych yourself up for a workout.
And you actually enjoy pushing yourself.
Maybe because you find cool new ways to exercise, or because you know just how to reward yourself.
Other times the motivation you need to get started is...elusive.
Ditto the drive to keep going when a workout gets intense.
