There's no one way to be fit. And fitness means different things to different people.
It can mean being super strong.
Or incredibly flexible.
Or having serious endurance.
Or mastering an amazing skill.
Maybe it means keeping up with your kids.
Or the demands of your job.
Or your friends when they want to go dancing, or hiking, or toss the football, frisbee, etc.
So, tell us: What does fitness mean to you? Does it have to do with being able to lift a certain amount of weight or run a particular distance? Ride your bike to work and back without getting winded? Being able to do cartwheels at any age?
Or something else altogether?
