Linkin Park Gave A Hilarious Shoutout To Indian Fans By Replacing Their Own Lyrics With Naan Puns

Almost every '90s Indian kid had a Linkin Park phase growing up. One of their biggest fanbases resides on this side of the world.

Band co-founder Mike Shinoda decided to give them all a shoutout earlier today by tweeting this very desi pun on their lyrics for their new song "Heavy".

Shout out to Linkin Park fans in India.

In case you're not a fan, the original words are "Holding on. Why is everything so heavy?"

But they weren't done there. Lead singer Chester Bennington got in on the act by tweeting his own naan pun on the chorus of "Numb".

@mikeshinoda I've become so naan I can't taste you there

That was all the encouragement their fans needed, as everyone soon started tweeting naan puns back at them.

@ChesterBe @mikeshinoda One thing, I don't know naan. It doesn't even matter how hard you naan.
