    Vogue naming it the second coolest place IN THE WORLD is kinda reason enough for BuzzFeed Canada to plant itself among the "verifiable artery of indie patisseries, homegrown labels, and hidden-from-view galleries." Also, because hipsters make for fascinating neighbours.

    Leslieville

    By grounding its home on the east end, Leslieville could be statement-making for BuzzFeed, given the Toronto-west-ender superiority complex (ahem, see above). Plus, the F Word (with Daniel Radcliffe), was basically an ode to the east side which made us all want to move there.

    Hands down the most unique 'hood in Toronto, Kensington Market is defiantly independent and progressive - ideals clearly close to BuzzFeed's heart. Not to mention the brilliant people watching would serve as the perfect cure for writer's block.
