Drake Still Gets Checks From "Degrassi" And He's ~Rich~, TBH

    Rapper, champagne papi, inventor of emotional rap/hip-hop.

    But before all of that, Aubrey was on a Canadian show called Degrassi: The Next Generation.

    Drake played Jimmy: basketball star, school shooting victim, and rapper at the end of his tenure.

    And although Drake hasn't been on Degrassi since 2008, he still gets checks from being on the show, apparently.

    But if you think he'll be rolling in the dough from this, think again.

    And $8 or not, Degrassi sorta helped Drake get to where he is today.
