Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone sat down for a joint interview with W Magazine, where they talked about first jobs, favorite songs, and how they met.
Turns out, they both had the "same stalker."
This guy — who's referred to as John the Orchestra Guy — would text them "by accident."
Emma said he would text things like, "Hey, Alex (making up a name). I'm running late on my way to the sound stage. Can you warm up the orchestra for me? Make sure the orchestra's warmed up for me. It was always about the orchestra. Can you text me back and let me know you get this? John."
The two actors had been texting for a year, but never talked on the phone. So once it was time for them to meet, they were nervous. Lawrence said:
We had been texting every day for a year, but we'd never talked on the phone and we'd never met. Then we were finally going to meet and she sent me her address and I'm driving over, and on the way over, I'm like, 'Oh my God, what if this is John the Orchestra Guy?' [Emma also] thought when I was on the way over, 'Oh my God, what if this is John the Orchestra Guy?'
On the way to meeting, they finally called each other to make sure the other wasn't John the Orchestra Guy.
