Teenagers Are Very Upset That Their Schools Won't Let Them Twerk At Homecoming

    Apparently, what's OK for Miley Cyrus is not OK for high school homecoming dances.

    Annapolis High School in Maryland sent out a contract to students and their parents outlining rules for the upcoming homecoming dance. The CBS affiliate in Baltimore reports that the school has had problems with students' sexually provocative behavior at dances. So it decided to issue a contract that students have to sign saying that they will not engage in any twerking, grinding, or other explicit dance moves.
