1 White Chocolate Wafer Stick

Combine the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao and cream in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain martini into a martini glass and add half a teaspoon of coconut flakes. Stir martini gently with white chocolate wafer stick.

1 tsp sugar

60 ml mixed berries1 medium sized fig, quartered

2 dashes of bitters

60 ml Whiskey

Fig Slice to garnish

Muddle and stir the sugar, berried, bitters and fig in a cocktail shaker. Add the yummy whiskey and stir to combine. Pour your creation over ice and garnish with a fig slice.
