    The Writer's Workout

    While it's important to keep writing as a priority, don't let it consume every other aspect of your life. A healthy workout regimen has been proven to not only physically help you, but also clear your mind and boost creativity. I personally break up writing segments with short at home workouts. Below are a list of some of the workout routines I do in between writing

    1. The Burpee

    2. Body Weight Squats

    3. The Push Up

    4. The Plank

    5. Bicycle Crunches
