Editors at Wired are removing the curtains, so to speak, on the whole process of creating a feature article, in a new blog called Storyboard. It's a profile of a profile.

The article in the spotlight, a profile of Charlie Kaufman, takes curious readers through the idea, the pitch, the back-and-forth emails, negotiating talent access, and the shaping of the story. It's a very candid way to use the web to expose the journalistic process, and a cool risk worth taking by Wired.
