Walmart Shopper Slaps Stranger's Crying Child!
Walmart shopper Roger Stevens 61, warned Sonya Matthews he would "do it for her, if she couldn't"...stop her two year old from crying.....And he did...allegedly slapping the child a couple times. Another shopper apprehended Stevens prior to police arresting him!
