SPCA Exec's Dog Dies After 4 Hours in Locked Car!
Robin Starr, an executive for the Virginia SPCA left her 16 yr old dog Louie (who was deaf and blind), in a locked car for four hours, resulting in the canines death due to kidney failure. In an announcement the SPCA said it does not "waiver in its support" of Starr! Starr recently made national news as a critic of Michael Vick and his dogfighting crimes.
