SF Runner Fastest Time Doesn't Win Nike Race!
Arien O'Connell ran the fastest time in the Nike's Women Marathon, but since she didn't register as an "elite" runner, she was not eligible for any prize. O'Connells time was 11 minutes ahead of the elite runner who won first prize. Kinda' seems unfair, but rules are rules
