Phil Spector's Wigless Mugshot

California Prisoners are not allowed to wear wigs or toupees while in the prison system, so convicted killer Phil Spector no longer can wear his outrageous hair-pieces. This new mugshot of the former record producer has just been released. Don't he look happy?
